Q. After joining the
school, did you ever wish that you should have known certain more things about
the school before you became part of it? What are those?
A. Not really, the seniors were really open and welcoming in clearing my
doubts and queries before joining FMS.
Q. What is the toughest
area to handle in your studies?
A. Finance was a little tough initially.
Q. Which one is your
best subject?
A. Financial Management.
Q. Is there stress
level during studies?
A. Yes, it is there as you keep juggling between subjects, assignments,
projects, society works, etc.
Q. Who is the best
faculty?
A. Marketing Professor Mr. Harsh Verma is my favorite.
Q. Scope of development
in your existing curriculum?
A. The curriculum is very well-designed and the syllabus at MBA
(Management of Services) at FMS is the latest one and crafted with inputs from
the esteemed faculty and industry people keeping in mind the today's fast moving
global economy.
Q. Tips for those who
wish to do MBA from your school.
A. Be very clear about your future goals. Talk to as many people as you
can and make an informed choice.
Plan out your preparation strategy backwards.
For written test, practice is the key as speed is very important in the FMS
entrance test.
Read newspapers and magazines (at least one general and one business weekly)
regularly.
Be clear as to why you want to do MBA.
