A. An entrance exam along with academic records, extra-curricular

Students with the highest scores are called for the 2nd round. The 2nd round
involves a GD, PI & a Psychometric Test. Then based on all the above parameters,
students with the highest scores are selected.
Q. What is the range of
score for students who are admitted?
A. Since the scores from competitive exams are only a part of the
criteria, the range tends to be wider. In 2006-08 Batch, the scores of CAT were
82-99 percentile, with most scoring over 89 percentile. This year, the range is
expected to be 89-99 percentile. (These scores were for CAT as most students
submitted CAT scores in 2006-08 Batch, when more than one exam was given, the
best scores were considered.)
