The CAT Group on Tuesday released the percentile scores of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2006, held on November 19.
The overall highest percentile was 67.95. As many as 1.77 lakh students appeared for the test to join the premier Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other B-schools for the 2007-08 academic year.
The highest percentile among the three sections was in the Quantitative Ability which was 100. While the highest percentile in the Logic and Data Interpretation was 86, it was only 60 in the English Usage and Comprehension section. Click here for CAT 2006 Scorecard.
This year, CAT � one of the toughest entrance tests in the country � was relatively easier. Not only was there more time to brave the question paper (30 minutes more), there were lesser questions too � 75 questions instead of the expected 90.
