Q. Was Group Discussion or Group Exercise part of selection process?
A. Group Task was part of selection process.

Q. The duration of Group Task, size of the group, number of panelists, etc.
A. Duration of Group Task was 15 minutes and Panelists were four. They studied the behavioral aspects of the group.

Q. What was your GD topic?
A. Not Applicable. There is no GD exercise in IMDR, Pune.

Q. Tell us about your Group Task experience?
A. Group Task was a good experience, because you have to be honest about the activity. You can't fudge.

Q. How was the environment during discussion?
A. Group Task was very chaotic where everybody wanted to show the leadership in the group.

Q. Describe your impression of the your team members and overall Group Task process ?
A. Group members were very aggressive as they were fighting for the competitive seat in the institute but it was expected. Rest was all good.

Q. Some handy tips that would be of great help.
A. Be what you are and try to be calm in whatever situation you come across, because they are looking for budding managers, not messed-up professionals.

Q. Were there any set norms of Group Task?
A. There were no set norms for Group Task.
