Q. How many months and
how many hours daily did you devote for preparation to entrance procedures?
A. I started preparing when I was in 3rd year of B.E. It took seven
months and average of eight hours daily.
Q. Did you take up some
coaching institute or you believed in self-study?
A. I took coaching from T.I.M.E., during weekends. I also used to browse
the net for materials which helped for my preparation.
Q. Can you tell us
which are your favorite books, books that you used for preparing for entrance,
books for self-development and books for pure relaxation?
A. I read the materials provided my T.I.M.E., I used to read all the
Business Magazines like CSR, Business Today, Business World. For
self-development, Developing Personality Skills by Dr. R. L. Bhatia.
Q. What are the others
books and tests which you used for your MBA preparation?
A.It was a great time to be in T.I.M.E., which brings all talents in a
pool. Faculties are at top, they share their knowledge to their best.
Q. What was your
strongest and weakest area while preparing for MBA coaching?
A. Strongest area was Quantitative. Weakest was RC.
Q. Some tips which you
used for mastering Quant, RC, etc.
A. Write down all the formulae on the wall of studying room and revising
them daily. For RC, I read articles in the news papers.
Q. How much time did
you put for MBA preparation everyday? How did you manage this while working full
time?
A. Average it was eight hours daily, and I was not working.
Q. Which all Exams and
B-schools you applied to?
A. IIM-Bangalore, IBA, Christ College, XLRI Jamshedpur.

A. CAT, XAT, MAT scores are considered. Essay, GD, PI-1, PI-2

A. Range is 70-85 percentile in CAT, MAT, XAT.

A. My score was 78.12 percentile.
