Background

Q. Can you tell something about yourself and your pre-MBA qualifications?
A. My name is Bhavin Desai, and currently, I am pursuing PGDBM from IMT, Nagpur. Before going for MBA, I have done my B.E. in Information Technology from Pune University. Instead of doing 12th Standard, I have done my Diploma in Computer Engineering from MSBTE, Mumbai.

Q. So when did you decide to go for MBA?
A. When I joined my B.E.; at that time I had decided to go for MBA.

Q. What was your first step to start preparation for getting into the school of your choice?
A. When I joined my B.E. directly in second year, at that time I was sure that I want to do MBA from a good B-school, so I started reading newspapers and magazines from second year. I started to follow stock markets, business news and budgets. But the actual preparation started from 3rd year of Engineering.
