Q. Was Group Discussion or Group Exercise part of selection process?
A. Case Study and Group Task both were there.

Q. The duration of Case Study, size of the group, number of panelists, etc.
A. Duration: 15 minutes, Group Size: 10, Panelists: 2

Q. What was your Case Study topic?
A. Case Study was based on Profits V/s Social Responsibility of Companies and Corporate Relations between Companies.

Q. Tell us about your Case Study experience?
A. Complete procedure was cool and calm. People were getting chance to speak as there was no commotion in Case Study. Complete study was around 2-3 key points.

Q. How was the environment during discussion?
A. Quite calm and somehow relaxed. No fish market as enough time and space was there to speak.

Q. Describe your impression of the your team members and overall process ?
A. Team members were from diverse educational and geographical backgrounds. Effect of educational background was evident in Group Task. Case Study was around 2-3 key points and mainly repackaging.

Q. Some handy tips that would be of great help.
A. For these procedures, being calm is necessary but it is not easy to do so. So first judge the group and then decide that what is needed, to be calm or aggressive. One strategy can't be followed all times.

Q. Were there any set norms of Group Task & Case Study?
A. No, just the instruction not to create commotion.
