Q. Can you tell something about yourself and your pre-MBA qualifications?
A. I have over 9 years of industrial experience in Hero Honda Ltd., Gurgaon, and I am B.E. Mechanical Engineer from MIT Manipal from 1998 Batch.

Q. So when did you decide to go for MBA?
A. After 7 years of experience, I felt a need to upgrade my skills to move up the corporate ladder and be competitive in the globalized economy.

Q. What was your first step to start preparation for getting into the school of your choice?
A. I started looking up news-papers, websites of IIMs, and websites like www.coolavenues.com, who provide information and guides about the changing patterns of exam and expectations about the candidate's profile.

Q. Which MBA institutes and programmes you identified for your MBA?
A. IIMs having One Year Executive Programme.
