A. "Group discussions should be a part of selection process or not."

A. As the topic was general, I quite enjoyed the topic.

A. Very composed, as I took the lead from the start.

Q. Describe your impression of the your team members and overall Group Discussion process?
A. The whole group has reached to a new perspective of group discussions. The topic helped some to reveal some studies and researches conducted in past and what could be the possible remedial actions.

Q. Some handy tips that would be of great help.
A. First and foremost, do not loose your calm in any case. Secondly, read as it will give you the content to speak. And lastly, shout in the front of a mirror daily for 10 minutes. It will help you to hear your own voice and overcome the fear of speaking.
