Top 10 Recruiters

Nine of the top 10 preferred recruiters on Indian B-school campuses are foreign companies, according to AC Nielsen Campustrack 2006 study. Only one Indian entity figured in the list, which is TAS (Tata Administrative Services) ranked at 5th position.

HR experts said that professionalism and well defined career growth paths coupled with a global perspective are supposed to be the points where the multinational companies score over their Indian counterparts.

The methodology of Campustrack Survey 2006, measured over 1,200 student responses from the top 20 business schools of India.

The analysis of the multiple parameters used by students while evaluating recruiters was the fundamental index of the survey.
