Q. Was Group Discussion or Group Exercise part of selection process?
A. Yes, Group Discussion.

Q. The duration of Group Discussion, size of the group, number of panelists, etc.
A. 15 people in one group, 3 panelist.

Q. What was your Group Discussion topic?
A. "Managers are not born, they are made."

Q. Tell us about your Group Discussion experience?
A. Quite a good one. I was the one who was required to perform because of my low CAT Score, really tense situation for me.

Q. How was the environment during discussion?
A. Initially, very calm but as Group Discussion started, it got quite noisy.

Q. Describe your impression of the your team members and overall Group Discussion process ?
A. It was a good Group Discussion in all sense, except that some students were very aggressive in putting forward their points.

Q. Some handy tips that would be of great help.
A. Be calm and listen carefully, and then put forward your point, and remember, only valid point attracts attention.

Q. Were there any set norms of Group Discussion?
A. Not as such.
