Q. Was Group Discussion or Group Exercise part of selection process?
A. Yes.

Q. The duration of GD, size of the group, number of panelists, etc.
A. 20-25 minutes, 8-9 members in the group, 2 panelists.

Q. What was your GD topic?
A. It was a case study based on the gambling industry in US.

Q. Tell us about your GD experience?
A. Pretty organized GD. Everyone got a chance to speak. In fact towards the end, we started running out of points. We had to write a summary of the GD in the end.

Q. How was the environment during discussion?
A. Very relaxed.

Q. Describe your impression of the your team members and overall GD process ?
A. Very efficiently organized. The team was collaborative and there were no confrontations.

Q. Some handy tips that would be of great help.
A. Keep your cool, be objective, and back up your points with examples. It's not the amount of airtime that matters. It's the strength of your arguement. Give good examples and then even if you speak less, it doesn't matter.

Q. Were there any set norms of Group Discussion?
