Objectives:
To sensitize educationists,
educational psychologists, curriculum planners, educators, and education leaders
to the purpose of education, the notion of excellence in education, pedagogical
innovations etc. besides enhancing the abilities of the participants to
effectively address the challenges of the 21st century.

role of teacher and student, content, pedagogical approaches, modes of delivery
of education along with the change in the work culture of schools.
To identify key issues,
challenges and opportunities to enhance the quality, motivation and commitment
of teachers in the teaching-learning process in pursuit of excellence and to
facilitate an exciting work ambience and work culture at the physical, social,
emotional and intellectual levels.
