For:
Effective communication, across functions as well as
levels within organizations, and with various stakeholders outside
organizations, is a key factor for success in the global scenario. The
increasing presence of women in changing work place culture, necessitates a
review of the existing formal and informal oral communication patterns. To
create and sustain superior performance, companies need to identify gender-based
differences, if any, in talk-patterns and develop strategies for enhancing
communication across genders.
This programme is aimed at middle
and senior managers men and women. It will help them take a new look at their
own communication and aid in development of a fresh perspective of the self as
both, colleagues and team members. Participants will be encouraged to explore
the culture of both genders, and identify communicative behaviour that support a
productive work environment. In the process, the participants will: -
Gain knowledge
Refine their communication skills
Develop a new attitude, and thus,
enhance their overall competence as a communicator
Managers and team leaders (men
and women) who regularly interact with seniors / subordinates / peers / external
customers of the opposite sex. Organizations will benefit from sending, at the
same time, male as well as female participants.
