Objectives: The hassle of everyday living rarely gives an opportunity for introspection and self reflection. This program aims to provide such a space and context for self discovery. The premise is on discovery, acceptance

and celebration of multiple facets of one's self with focus on interactions with the family, work, organization and the society. 

The workshop will enable participants to identify patterns in their life and their influences on relationships, aspirations, careers and choice making. The aim is to initiate a journey of self exploration. Using the potential of imagination and appreciation, faculty will enable participants to crystallize a personal vision and an action statement.

For: Middle and Senior Level Managers.

"What is the purpose of my life?"

"What do I value in me?"

"What is my personal vision?"
