It also provides a fresh perspective on the role of HB executives and their function as change agents in partnership with top management PGDM (HR) is a 2 year fulltime program with a 3 month industry internship.

Retail Management & Marketing
This program focuses on developing knowledge and applying skill in the context of retail and services management & marketing. Students learn about the importance of customer service. Analyze the methods used to maintain customer loyalty, examine ways in which product presentation influences buyers, and investigate the critical factors in inventory control/service quality including the role of technology. PGDM (RMM) is a 2year full time program with a 3 month Industry Internship.
