ITESM�s EGADE (acronym in Spanish for Graduate School of Business Administration and Leadership) is increasingly becoming a leadership school whose academic and research work has a positive impact on the private, public and social sectors. EGADE is a leading-edge education institution interested in contributing to environmental conservation and in addressing the complex social issues from an integral perspective, thus, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility�both included in ITESM�s mission�are among its main research topics. The faculty�s prolific research on environmental management, social enterprise and business ethics are evidence of EGADE�s explicit commitment to aim its teaching, research and extension activities at the generation of knowledge and tools that allow corporations and institutions to actively participate in the solution of environmental and social problems. In its MBA curriculum, 100% of core courses include social and environmental topics. Additionally, 35 electives are designed in such a way that students are continually considering the social and environmental implications of decisions and strategies.

These results will continue to be strengthened over the short term to keep EGADE�s position as the top business leadership school in Latin America and one of the best business schools in the world, according to recently-published rankings by Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, AmericaEconomia and Business Week.
