Graduate Programme in Business Management (Full time)
The two-year full time PGDBM programme is designed
to help our future managers follow a three-fold approach to
operate successfully in the corporate environment.

Eligibility
At
least a 3-Years Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline
recognized by the Association of Indian Universities/AICTE as
eligible for Post Graduation Degree in management.
Candidates appearing for the Final Year degree examination can
also apply provided they complete all the formalities of their
examination before June and furnish the proof of having met
the minimum eligibility criteria by August in the respective
years of their admission.
Admission Process
Admission
to the above programme is through CAT,conducted by Indian Institute
Of Managements(IIMs) followed by GD and Interview conducted
by FORE School of Management.
NRI/Foreign National Candidates are required, either to sit
in CAT or have minimum GMAT Score of 600.
Post
Graduate Programme in Business Management (Part time)
Keeping in view the commitment of FSM to promote post-experience
management education in the country, the three-year Post-Graduate
Programme (Part time) in Management (PGDBM) was started by the
Institute in 1992.The programme is approved by the Ministry
of Human Resources, Govt.of India, and All India Council for
Technical Education.
The three-year part time (PGDBM) programme is designed to impart
knowledge and skills in the basic and functional areas of management.
It is meant for young individuals who are working as Middle/Junior
level Executives/Officers in public or private sector organizations,
but have not had an opportunity to acquire formal management
education. Being a part time (evening) programme, it is open
to those working in and around Delhi.
The specific objectives of the Programme are:
To
impart theoretical knowledge in all the basic and functional
areas of management.
To
develop analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities
in the participants by exposing them to the use of various management
tools and techniques.
To
stimulate understanding of real business world through emphasis
on cases that simulate real life situations.
To
inculcate values and attitudes which make for social awareness
and responsibility.
Eligibility
3-Years Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline
recognized by the Association of Indian Universities/AICTE.
Admission Process
Admission
to the above programme is through Written Test and Interview
Conducted by the FORE School of Management.
Facilities
The
institute boasts of an enviable infrastructure, where students
work seamlessly in an environment, facilitated by a state of
the art computer center, an exhaustive library, with a growing
collection of books, periodicals and CD ROMs and an esthetic
environment.
Computer Lab
Computer
centre is comprised of 6 labs (including one Hardware Lab) and
equipped with branded computers and network equipments.
All the computer systems are interconnected through Ethernet
based LAN which is heterogeneous having Win NT, Linux &
Unix Server. The network is managed through 11 Nos BayStack/CISCO
10/100 MBPS 24 port full duplex switches.
Library
The
Library is the main resource center of the School and has a
fast growing collection over 15000 select titles in management
and related areas to cater academic and research needs of the
users--- Faculty ,& Students
Classrooms
The
classrooms are air conditioned and a discussion room equipped
with audio visual equipment, an amphitheatre and an auditorium
with a seating capacity of 300 is made available for the students.
For the students subsidized canteen facility, leased hostel
facility and rephrographic, Fax, and STD-ISD facility is also
available
