By the My MBA Career Content Team Find Top MBA Degree Programs MBAs, entrepreneurs and other small business people will get together in New York during the month of November.
New York Entrepreneur Week (NYEW) begins on November 16 and lasts five days. It will feature 350 events including keynote speeches and advice sessions with panels of industry experts.
"NYEW was founded because I saw the interconnectivity of New York's entrepreneurial ecosystem and the many dynamics facilitating its collapse," said Gary Whitehill, the founder of NYEW. "I knew there must be a way to construct a healthy ecosystem throughout the state and solidify the entrepreneurial community as a collective whole."
One of NYEW's speakers will be Marc Ecko, the founder of the popular clothing line. Scott Heiferman, the co-founder of Meetup.com, will also speak.
