Ventureneer.com, a website that says it blends traditional instruction with peer learning and uses the internet to reach small businessmen and women, will host three one-hour online seminars on September 21, 23 and 24, which will begin at 2 p.m. EDT.

The second is entitled Developing an Idea for a Startup Business and this installment focuses on helping participants come up with a concept upon which they might launch a company. The final webinar is called Do Startups Need a Business Plan? and concentrates on how and why entrepreneurs should build a business plan.
