A business coaching firm headquartered in Nevada is looking for an MBA or entrepreneur interested in partnering up and opening a franchise in Henderson, Nevada.

ActionCOACH has franchises in 26 countries including Venezuela, Chile and Brazil. The company, which operates out of Las Vegas, says that it normally opens new firms in four countries each year.

"The recession has hit Las Vegas and Henderson hard," said the company's chief of sales and marketing, Jodie Shaw. "However, companies we've coached elsewhere have managed to increase their success, despite the economic situation. There's no reason why companies in the Vegas area can't do the same."

ActionCOACH claims companies that hire business coaches will improve their operations. The company also says that business coaching is the second fastest growing industry in the world.
