� Generating Business from existing client. Approaching them for new locations by providing cost effective measures.
 
 ï¿½ Searching new markets, customers through portals, search engine, internet and contacts and network
 
 ï¿½ Keen role in preparing Company Corporate Presentation, Intro Letter, Broachers & Web Designing for Marketing
 
 ï¿½ Defined Companies Commercial & Technical Proposal - It varies from Project to Project
 
 ï¿½ Developing Customers, Distributors & Markets at Pan India level
 
 ï¿½ Regular Follow-Ups with Existing Clients for business in Cargo & Warehousing
 
 ï¿½ Coordinating on daily basis with the parties
 
 ï¿½ Providing Samples and Quotations to the parties
 
 ï¿½ Finding out suitable area for warehouse as per the requirement of the clients
 
 ï¿½ Negotiating Pricing and Payment terms with the parties
 
 ï¿½ Completing the legal formalities like preparing agreement as and when required by the parties
 
 ï¿½ Coordinating with operations department such as project implementing team and accounts department, Hub managers for the execution of orders.
 
 ï¿½ Verification of Work Order / Purchase Order in Terms of Scope of Work, Legal jurisdiction, Environmental policies, etc
 
 ï¿½ Interacting as Liaison between Client and Company for Negotiation on Commercial values.
 
 ï¿½ Completing Documentation formalities with regards to the parties and company
 
 ï¿½ Preparing Implementation Plan after finalizing the contract.
 
 ï¿½ Analyzing daily MIS for material receipt / issue received from Warehouse
 
 ï¿½ Organizing monthly planning meeting to review the status - Finished Goods, Inventory status etc.
 
 ï¿½ Establishing Single point contact for concerned clients to discuss commercial matter for Head Office.
 
 ï¿½ Establishing Single point contact for concerned clients to discuss operational issue and problems and thereafter coordinating with the Operation team to sought out the issue as soon as possible.
 
 ï¿½ Ensuring timely and accurate evoked invoices
 
 ï¿½ Following up for payments.
 
 ï¿½ Coordinating with the Clients account department and Ensuring timely adjustment of Payments
