Global Business Services (GBS) is a fast growing organization within Corporate Administration & Shared Services (CA&SS) global function. It employs ~12,000 people across 10 global locations who provide business process outsourcing services to various business groups of HP. GBS is headed by Juergen Reiners who reports directly to Pete Bocian, EVP and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Job Description: GBS Transformation Management team is looking for motivated result-oriented individuals with 10+ years of experience in business planning & analysis, statistical modeling, research and management reporting, You will provide comprehensive business analysis, decision support and consulting to the WW Leadership team. The role works across multi functions (Finance, Operations, Quality, HR, GRE as well as regional delivery centers. You will interact across all levels within these organizations from individual contributors through to Directors. The job provides opportunity to work in a truly global environment. Areas of responsibility: Provides integrated information along with analysis to the right people in the right way, thereby enabling timely and correct decision-making as well as execution. Works on process improvement and standardization - to ensure optimum and consistent performance. Manages the forums, processes, information streams, etc. to review business performance and issues against strategies and objectives. Actively participates in the conversations that drive optimization of trade-offs across functions. Minimize waste across the system due to misalignment of information, plans and actions across the system. Ad-hoc decision support for various global initiatives / improvement projects.
