More than 10 years experience in the IT Outsourcing business plus degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience). More than 5 years experience structuring and managing large and complex (>$10M) customer engagements in IT Outsourcing. Extensive knowledge of the IT outsourcing market. Exposure into IT outsourcing sales is a must. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills across all levels of management (customer and in-house) Proven experience with project management principals and tools (including assessment management, pricing, project management systems, communication).
