Job Description:
To acquire NRI customers based on leads received through various channels HSBC Bank referrals from outside India, HSBC Investdirect website, emails and marketing campaigns. To resolve the all product / documenation related queries raised by the customers on phone and email To ensure forms / documents are collected from the customer Follow-up on the internal teams to ensure accounts are opened within the prescribed TATs To support Investdirect Sales Team in branches during the account opening process carried out in India by assisting in resolving any account opening queries. Daily monitoring & following -up of leads for driving sales and provide regular update on the status of the same To adhere with the cross border guidelines while opening the account Exceptional case handling providing an ongoing support in resolution of client issues To provide timely customer feedbacks to the Product team and the operations team.
