Job Description:
a) Analyze and understand the requirements received from the clients b) Source candidates through referrals, head hunting, forums and job portals c) Interview them over phone to ascertain their reliability, personality and suitability d) Negotiate the terms e) Coordinate with the candidate, subcontractor, if any, and other executives of the company and the clients in all stages of recruitment like, interview, selection and joining. f) Submit periodical reports and update database regularly g) Learn and update self on technical advancements and ideas in the IT arena regularly by continual research
