1)Operational Responsibility : 80%, - Maintain site database and sharing information, RFI and Site Power on, Site Agreement sign off. Problem Handling & Resolution, Activity and material planning for site sharing as per SO, SLA compliance as per customer contracts. Understanding of customer needs and Resolution of customer issues, Coordination for Billing and Assurance with commercial team. 2)Strategic Responsibility : 20%3) Coordination and effective communication for the Network Planned Events with the clients4)Coordinated with NNOC for preparation of monthly SLAs for supporting the compliance documents to support the billing to the customers.5)Stitch with the functions of Network and keep the Network site related data and information updated and use the same for sharing with the other telecom operators for inducting them as customers for Network Infrastructure sharing.
