Job Description:
General Objectives of the Assignment: Support HR team of Hydraulics Operations India, by assisting with the deployment and execution of standard Eaton HR policies & procedures, Eaton Philosophy Work Practices and will also involve in providing support in the areas of compensation, staffing, training & organizational development, employee engagement, employee involvement, industrial relations as well as general HR administration. Key Tasks for the HRDP participant Provide support to Hydraulics Plant Operations India HR staff in executing Eaton's HR systems, programs, policies and procedures Driving various Employee Engagement initiatives such as SGA, CFT's, Problem Solving Team, committees etc . Coordinating Employee Communication such as All Employee Communication Meetings, display boards, skip level meetings, RTM's etc. Understanding and maintaining the data of the activities involved. � Acquire and enhance the HR knowledge specifically Eaton HR processes and systems. � Understand and learn the compliance to the legal requirements. � Support the hiring and training process.
