Job Description:
� Responsible for increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness of Fortis as 'Hospital of Desire'. � Creating database for potential customers & updating them � Identify and map the potential of target customers (patients/regionally � corporate & non corporate, doctors). o To identify, negotiate and establish alliances with all potential customers to develop preferred provider relationships. o Make proposals, demonstrations and presentations to doctors and corporate. o Service existing clients, Client retention and follow- ups. o Develop and nurturing new market and Client support and coordination activities. o Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to high-end clients. o Interact with physicians (internal and external). o Track Report, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities � Responsible for realization of revenue of assigned geographical area. Implementation of Marketing strategy of current Functions � Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars and conferences to increase product-promotion participation, doctor's referral, talks and other events. � Organize CMEs /Seminars and lectures for promotion of the activities and services of the medical faculty and specialties � Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community for presidents, local clubs, schools, NGO's colleges and other local bodies with a view to generate footfalls from them � Tracking leads mediated through outreach OPD's, CME's, camps and seminars etc to tap new corporate tie-ups, convert referrals etc. � Liaison between in house doctors and external doctors for PT's. � Assisting the Manager � Sales and Marketing in realizing the marketing goals and targets � Handling VIPs � Tracking and analyzing information on competitor's activities.
