Job Description:
We are looking for process excellence and capability improvements in the eCommerce area. Working collaboratively with WW and regional business teams, IT teams, regional teams, partners, and customers around the world to achieve operational excellence and improve the Total Customer Experience (TCE). Our environment is one of rapid change and focused on results. The role will include the following key tasks: * Deliver capabilities and integrated end-to-end solutions within direct eCommerce Programs across the Volume Operations space to drive higher operational efficiency, global leverage and predictable support. * Collaborate with key partners such as IT and regional Volume Operations teams to ensure programs are delivered in spite of competing resource demands and challenging time scales * Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved capabilities and understand business/customer impact. * Communicate project status, solution standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to business and operations support team. * Own the research and data analysis for projects to drive standardization of capabilities and solutions * Utilize standard project management and quality improvement methodologies as appropriate
