Role: -
Central Sourcing Team Lead.
Responsibilities: - This is a critical role for the
success of Recruitment Organization, The person will be handling
entire Central Sourcing Team of around 30 sourcing executives.
The roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited
to: -
Collaborate with
Recruiting Leaders of Functions (Consulting, Services, Software
Solutions, and Sales, etc.) in understanding the Recruitment
Priorities for the Year.
Set Metrics for
the process, conduct regular process reviews, analyze metrics
and initiate corrective actions. Review / Study hiring patterns.
Plan & Implement Sourcing Strategy for closures.
Monitor & Improve
Productivity of all Technology Towers, based on inputs from VSLs
(Vertical Sourcing Leads) and taking required action. Review
performance of VSLs against plan.
Review & Drive
usage of various sources (Portals, Head Hunting, References) to
improve source mix.
Develop & Enhance
a re-usable Internal Database - which will act as a pipeline for
the various upcoming requirements.
Escalation Point
& Action Owner for all requirements. To identify / approach /
implement alternate channels for closure of the same along with
the Divisional Recruitment Managers.
Formulate & Drive
Competency Development Plan for Technology Teams along with VSLs
& Business Teams from respective LOBs.
Action owner for
Knowledge Management Repository - Account Dossiers, Reference
Docs, Validation Questionnaires, Skill Write-ups - (Target to be
defined) which will act as the Reference site for CSTEs).
Interface with
Marketing Team for Employer Branding, Communication Mailers, Job
Fairs and other visible modes of Talent Acquisition & Database
Building.
Review Work
Allocation, Load Balancing & Team Sizing, to cater to various
resource requirements and ramp ups.
Reviews with
Strategic Resourcing Team to update on progress, identify gaps
and drive closure through VSLs.
Reviews with
Business to update on progress, gather inputs and formulate
sourcing strategy.
People Management
- Staff Welfare, Motivation, Rewards & Recognition, Conflict
Resolution.

Candidate Profile: |
BE / MBA with
6-10 Years of Experience in Recruitment and related functions.
He/She should
have a good knowledge of the IT industry and talent market.
Excellent written
and verbal communication skills, ability to handle pressure,
highly motivated and a result-oriented leader with good
interpersonal skills.
Must have
experience in handling large teams.
Must have
extensive experience in front-ending with the management.
Should be an
out-of-the-box thinker and a strategist.
