Manage T&D lifecycle for both functional & behavioral initiatives across circles as per national guidelines. Implement uniform metrics and monitor T&D effectiveness across circles. Institutionalize TTT program methodolgies and certification guidelines. Implement uniform T&D template for service partner employees across the circles. Review and audit T&D initiatives across the circles. Institutionalize best training practices. Coordinate and drive uniform MDPs for B5 and below at circles. Facilitate national workshops. Benchmark and implement new T&D initiatives. Coordinate with other Corporate Functional Training Managers to integrate T&D interventions. Institutionalize Behavior Modules across organization. Behavioral programs for service partner employees. Should have had prior work exposure in a business environment at the corporate or unit level. Good working knowledge and exposure in the areas mentioned.
