Date of Posting: 3rd March 2008   Job Title: Head - International Taxation   Company Name: Global Financial Major   Job Description: Conducting transfer pricing study and preparing transfer pricing report, comprising of the following: -       o Understanding and analyzing functions performed by the client.       o Analysing business of the client in order to understand transfer pricing implications.       o Analysing profitability earned by the client from its international dealings.       o Identifying and analysing companies in the same industry as that of client. Assisting in pricing strategy. Actively engaged in preparing global transfer pricing update. Carrying out industrial and company research across various verticals. Preparing submissions to be filed before the Transfer Pricing Officer. Assisting in drafting and preparing for hearing before the Appellate Authorities. Representing along with seniors before the Income-tax Authorities in respect of transfer pricing assessment. Assisting and training team members in using various databases and system tools.   Function: Finance   Company Profile: Global Financial Major   Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune   Candidate Profile: Should be a CA 1st, 2nd, 3rd attempt passout out. MBA would be an added advantage. Prior experience in International Taxation is a Must. Minimum 8 years experience required.
