It will provide key strategic direction to the India consulting organisation in terms of business planning and growth activities.   Function: Operations   Company Profile: A multi-national management consulting firm   Location: Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)   Candidate Profile: An MBA from a Tier-1 B-school or a CA is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience mandatory. Exposure of working with a consuling firm desirable. Preferred experience in having led multiple functions or a large deal that has elements of functions / service delivery. Experience of working with and leading teams across locations. Experience working with "C" level executive clients. The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm. The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team-oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities. The individual should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts.
