Description: |
This position in
conjunction with service line leaders evaluate client needs,
recommends appropriate staff based on skill assessment,
professional goals, performance, staff preferences and
communicates scheduling assignments to appropriate requesting
entities as well as staff going on assignment. This position
plays an integral role of resolving potential and actual
conflicts working closely with service line leadership and the
requesting entity. This position is responsible for developing
and analyzing financial information as it relates to utilization
of our people and staff hours for forecasting purposes. Regular
communication with all clients (leadership, practitioners,
project managers, Regional Resource Manager, HR, Finance,
Immigration and Recruiting) is required.
Ensure data in tracking systems (Staff Trak, International HR
ERoom, Skills Matrices, Resume Portal) are accurate and updated
in a timely manner; make sure there is conformity in processes.
Coordinate closely with practitioners and project managers to
track current availability status and variances. Provide
follow-up with practitioners and project managers on an on-going
basis. |
