The candidate
would join the company's MRD Strategy Lab. Responsibilities: -
Conduct
independent in-depth research on topics of interest from the
manufacturing, retail, distribution, hi-tech, aero-space sector.
Guide Capgemini�s
global consulting and sales community through "thought
leadership".
Develop insights
and strategies on topics of prime concern for Capgemini�s global
MRD clientele.
Interact with the
press community to represent Capgemini�s views on major industry
happenings.
Ability to manage
the projects, client relationships and the research team for
delivering on projects autonomously.

Candidate Profile:
Must Haves: -
A post graduate
degree in management from a premier institute.
Manager should
have 7+ years experience with latest manufacturing or retail
experience of minimum 3-4 years.
Candidates should
understand one of the following industry in depth:
Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution and Hi-Tech. They can be
working in the industry or in a research or consulting company;
should be involved with business / market strategy, research and
analysis.
Excellent
analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.
Strong
understanding of issues pertaining to mentioned industry as well
as ability to grasp technology interventions and requirements,
and demystify it for business implications.
Ability to build
business cases and models and should be comfortable with
financial analysis.
Problem solving
skills.
Ability to take
responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.
Excellent verbal
and written communication skills.
Expertise in
developing and delivering PowerPoint (ppt) based reports. Desired: -
Exposure of
working in International environment, especially Europe.
Exposure to
working in a consulting company and/or business strategy group.
Experience of
working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix
organizational set-up.
