Qualifications: -
Essential - B.Tech. (Electronics / Telecom) or an
equivalent recognized Diploma in IT / Telecom Engineering.
Desirable - MBA or an equivalent business management
degree.
Experience: - 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales,
in IT / telecom sector. Should have experience in end-to-end
selling and managing large accounts independently.
The role requires an in-depth understanding of essentially the
specific vertical assigned, i.e., IT / Telecom, ISP / carrier &
VSAT, ITES, Services / Media, BFI / PSU banks, Channels or M&D
as well as all businesses.
Technical Domain Knowledge: - Exposure / Information /
Comfort on new technologies, vendors, competitors operating in
the vertical, etc. Practical / user-level understanding /
knowledge of IT / Telecom technology - networking concepts and
LAN / WAN / Desktop / NMS / telecom infrastructure, voice & data
technologies, e.g., IPLCs, FR, ATM, IP VPN, VoIP, etc.
