Responsibilities: -
Responsible for
managing the branch as a profit centre by managing the
operations of branch smoothly and achieving the targets across
all product categories.
To manage and
lead a team of Relationship Managers for different investments.
Design various
promotional activities for branch awareness and image building.
Track activities
of the competitor and plan any activities to counter the same.
To manage a team
of executives and relationship managers in a branch and generate
income for the organization by acquiring and retaining customers
through investment advisory. Income, profitability, customers�
acquisition in the branch would be the key success criteria.
Design marketing
activities to acquire customers.
To train and
motivate executives in the branch.
To supervise and
guide the branch performance.
To manage the
branch in terms of interpersonal aspects.
Prepare and
submit sales MIS report and pursue corrective measures for any
deviations from the targets.
