Role: - To
handle direct marketing objectives including investor /
distributor communication.
Key Result Areas: -
Public Relations
Prepare annual PR
strategy and to review it continuously for improvement.
Prepare PR plans
on a monthly basis in coordination with PR agency.
Coordination with
PR agency for day-to-day scheduling of interviews, quotes from
company spokes-person.
Monitor the PR
activities in terms of execution as per the plan.
Direct Marketing
Plan, execute and
review DM activities as per schedule.
Liase with
agencies to prepere DM related collaterals, marketing material.
Liase with
vendors and ensure effective implementation of elements designed
/ DM mediums utilised.
Coordinate with
internal depts and external vendors for effective implementation
of DM campaigns.
Investor / Distributor
Communication
Coordinate with
relevant departments to execute activities pertaining to
investor / distributor communication.
Work closely with
product marketing person to execute initiatives planned by
marketing department on distributor / investor communication.
Coordinate with
investment team to prepare information on the company's views
pertaining to economy / themes / sectors on a regular basis.
