Purpose of the
Position: - To support the overall marketing / brand
strategy through an analysis of market trends in the industry,
development of surveys, and use of marketing analytics tools to
improve the effectiveness of corporate, and practice marketing
programs.
This position will also be responsible for producing regular
updates to the
Heidrick.com and intranet environments as well as
internal communications.
The incumbent will be a member of the Heidrick & Struggles
Global Marketing Department. The position will supervise one
direct report.
Specific Responsibilities: -
Analyzing
effectiveness of various marketing programs.
Work with
Knowledge Management Centre Team to research market trends and
assist in efforts to further segment and understand Heidrick�s
regional practice, and global markets.
Assist in
periodic brand awareness and effectiveness research.
Brain-storm areas
of improvement with digital marketing lead and other members of
marketing team.
Work with KMC
team to develop internal and external surveys as needed.
Develop schedules
and obtain required approvals, coordinate with digital marketing
and HR for the maintenance of the website.
Keep website
information and functionality current - proactive auditing and
researching the site and fixes as needed.
Assist digital
marketing lead with other electronic marketing projects as
needed.
Supervise
production of KMC internal newsletter and other internal
communications.

Candidate Profile: |
MBA or Master's
in Mass Communication.
4-6 years working
in a marketing role with a multi-national corporation or in an
advertising, public relations, or market research agency.
Digital marketing experience is essential.
Must have a solid
understanding of computers, the Internet and software.
Computer skills
including Microsoft Office, knowledge of web content management
applications (especially Microsoft SharePoint), HTML and HTML
editors.
Must have
experience of analyzing marketing or market research data.
Experience in
designing questionnaires and conducting surveys essential.
Excellent oral
and written communication skills.
Strong
organizational skills.
Flexibility.
Proactive,
self-motivated and self-regulated.
