Principle Accountabilities: -
Design and
implement business / financial strategies for PMS business to
enhance profits and customer base.
Manage a
portfolio of HNIs / corporate customers to increase AUM and
generate high returns.
Specific Accountabilities: -
Recommend
strategy, business plans and budgets for continuous growth of
business.
Co-ordinate the
preparation of financial budgets and get management approval.
Evolve market
segmentation and penetration strategies.
Ensure that the
financial budgets are adhered to by regular review, control of
revenue flows, business expenses.
Achieve targeted
revenue goals by identifying and developing new HNI and
corporate clients, understanding client profile and recommending
a client-centric portfolio design, negotiating acceptance of
commercials and agreement.
Ensure
achievement of targeted business goals and profitability by
regular review and control of operations.
Conduct product
analysis with respect to competitor products.
