Main Purpose
of Role: - To conduct high quality, on-demand strategic
research across industries and support global Capgemini
Consulting community in proposal-making and client engagements.
Responsibilities: -
Individually
handle research projects across industries and regions.
Work in a team to
accomplish bigger projects.
Conduct secondary
research (at times primary research) to solve specific client
issues / questions.
Use strategic
tools to analyse findings and generate insights.
Build
recommendations / conclusions for the project.
Present findings
in comprehensive PowerPoint, Word, or Excel formats.
Continuously seek
feedback from Senior Consultants, Team Leaders, Managers, and
Clients to further improve on deliverables.

Candidate Profile: |
Essential: -
Business Research
/ Consulting Experience (preferably 2-4 years).
Experience in
industry analysis, in-depth company analysis, benchmarking,
financial modelling, point of views, competitive intelligence,
strategy formulation, etc.
MBA from a
leading Indian / International business school, or similar
advanced degree.
Ability and
willingness to work on short deadlines.
Ability to handle
multiple projects at a time.
Strong analytical
and reasoning skills.
Strong
interpersonal skills and an ability to work both as an
individual and in a team.
Excellent English
(written and verbal).
Strong MS Office
Skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Acquainted with
databases like Factiva, Bloomberg, Onesource, Thomson, et al.
Desirable: -
Sector expertise
(Finance, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Energy,
Chemicals, Telecom, IT / ITeS, Pharmaceutical, etc.)
Management
principles and their use.
Excellent
awareness of cross-cultural working relationships.
One or more
foreign language proficiency would be an advantage.
