Technology
Environment - Should have some familiarity with HRMS / ERP
like PeopleSoft HRBPO experience.
Key Business
Interface - Will report into Group Head for HR BPO, and work
on as part of the core team in practice / solution definition,
pre-sales support, client transition studies.

Travel
Required - International travel for client engagements (US,
Europe).

Candidate Profile: |
The candidate
should be an MBA (HR) from XLRI-Jamshedpur, Symbiosis-Pune, TISS-Mumbai,
OR MBA (Non-HR) from MDI-Gurgaon, FMS-Delhi Univ. with Payroll
Experience. His overall experience should be 3-6 years in the
following areas: Payroll, HR Administration, Recruitment,
Training, etc. The company would prefer expertise in a few HR-BPO
transitions and Functional ERP - HR Modules in Peoplesoft / SAP.
So an HR Outsourcing Consultant profile person who has the
experience of LEADING Process for HR / Payroll Shared Services
for MNCs / Captive would be preferred. The person needs to be
well-versed with Global HR Process and best-practices preferably
including US Payroll, Benefits and Compliance Frameworks (COBRA,
ERISA, HIPAA, etc.). HR BPO experience would be an added
advantage. |
