Strategy
consulting to build a strong service proposition for Integrated
IT-BPO.
Interacting with
the Sales Team to be an evangelist for integrated IT-BPO
offering and for qualifying prospects.
Interacting with
other service offering leaders to build propositions and to
jointly take them to market.
Garnering
industry research, consumer insights and other service offering
insights.
Working with the
client�s team to understand their business and IT needs,
identify the pain areas, and help configure an integrated
solution to address the same.
Manage the
complete engagement from qualification till closure - be the
single point of contact for the integrated solution for the
client from Satyam.
Prepare and
present the overall Business Case to the Client Management for
Integrated Outsourcing and take part in commercial negotiations.
Assist the
Implementation Team in Transition.
Work with
internal divisions to be evangelists for the integrated offering
to customers.
Develop practice
documents and white papers on integrated IT-BPO service
offering.
Present our
proposition in industry, customer and analyst forums.

Candidate Profile: |
Engineers and
Top-Tier MBAs with 4-8 years experience - preferably MBAs from
IIMs or ISB Hyderabad.
Should have had a
strong consulting background in process / strategy consulting,
or should have worked in the strategy arena with top corporates,
or should have worked in sales / practice teams within the IT /
BPO industry.
Good exposure to
and knowledge of IT / BPO operations.
Comfort with
ambiguity.
Creativity,
innovation and passion.
Good teaming /
project management skills to prepare multi-divisional bids.
Understanding of
overall technology and service industry trends.
Has ability to
work with cross-functional teams and individuals at various
levels.
Strong verbal,
written, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
