Consultant will drive the hiring of top industry talent. This
individual will be responsible for the following: -
Understand
technical / functional hiring needs and translate that
understanding into effective and efficient searches.
Proactively
conduct research on the industry, understand competitors and be
familiar with the talent marketplace.
Create and
implement new and unique national sourcing strategies.
Focus on sourcing
passive candidates through networking, cold-calling, Internet
searches and research.
Source active
candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal
databases.
Work with
business leaders to increase employee referrals.
Design and
implement interviewing processes that maximize efficiencies,
establish accountabilities, and enable predictability.
Screen candidates
for availability, interest level, salary expectations,
relocation needs, some technical skills, and core competencies.
Understand
candidate needs, be a compensation expert and a consultant to
the business, and successfully close candidates.
