Responsibilities: -
Acquire
Clients - Generate awareness and acquire new clients.

providing offshore advisory services to clients at superior
level.
Develop
Services - Define services and methodologies to generate new

Engagement
Profitability - Ensure profitability of engagements being
led.
Manage
Supplier Relationships - Assist in acquiring suppliers and
manage ongoing relationships.
Manage
Knowledge Capital - Create, document and manage distribution
and access to data acquired either through service delivery or
research.
Develop Staff
- Provide coaching, line management, mentoring and development
of staff.
Hence, in depth
knowledge in the following areas is required: -
Offshore
countries such as India, Philippines, etc.
o Economics
o Government support
o Infrastructure
Company
valuations
Identify
investment opportunities and perform in-depth analysis to
support recommendations.
Deal or
investment structuring in divergent geographies, financial
engineering, market analysis, research, and monitoring of
private equity activity in global commodity markets.
Maintain
proprietary databases, including detailed financial models of
company and security-specific data.
Develop and
maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and others to
develop investment views and monitor market dynamics.
Help refine the
investment process and identify new investment opportunities.

Candidate Profile: |
Education: -
MBA from a Grade-1 B-school in India or abroad. Bachelor's in
Engineering is an added advantage. Minimum is a Master's degree.
Experience: -
2-4 years in a top-tier investment banking analyst program, or
as a junior analyst in credit or equity research with solid
financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuation
skills.
Other
Requirements: - Excellent hands-on skill in using advanced
Excel spreadsheets for statistical analysis, excellent written
and spoken English skills, must be willing to travel to client
locations world-wide for up to 3 months at a time, must be
willing to work outside of office hours, if required. Ability to
lead a team and client interaction.
