AERS India GOs professionals have in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and SEC Rules & Regulations. AERS India GOs is fully-integrated with GOs New York, and is effectively working as an extension of GOs New York Center. AERS India professionals work closely with local client service teams in the U.S. and around the world to assist clients with their financial reporting efforts related to the initial and ongoing requirements of being a public company, cross-border transactions, and other situations that present financial reporting challenges. Responsibilities: - R10 GOs provides the following services: - Foreign Private Issuer Services: AERS India GOS professionals perform pre-filing reviews of SEC registration statements, annual reports on Form 20-F (including U.S. GAAP reconciliation), plus Rule 144A offerings with and without registration rights. They also perform other SEC filings that include or incorporate member firm�s audit report on the financial statements of an SEC registrant. To ensure compliance with SEC, U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP guidance, they assist audit teams by reviewing and commenting on complex accounting transactions entered into by FPIs. Reporting Advisory Services: R10 professionals support the RAS by utilizing their extensive technical knowledge and experience to provide relationship clients with financial reporting services related to U.S. GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and regulatory filings.   Function: Finance / Consulting   Company Profile: It is one of the best, professionally-managed company in the world, and has operations in 150 countries with 1.5 Lakh employees world-wide. The Audit Delivery Model shall be a mix of onsite and offshore. Onsite will involve being a part of the audit teams in US and executing the job. Offshore delivery would involve development of audit methodology, accounting / audit research work, development of training modules, performing other audit work which can be effectively done from offshore.   Location: Hyderabad   Candidate Profile: Candidate should be: - Chartered Accountant / CPA with 3 years of article-ship from a Big 4 or reputed firm. MBA would be an added advantage. Candidates should be open to travel to clients' site as per project requirements.
