Description: |
Responsibilities: -
Responsible for
analyzing and developing a global financial operating standard
for the Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable Process.
Manages and
facilitates efforts to build new financial operating standard,
rationalize processes, and identify, qualify and present to top
management.
Responsible for
updating process documentation to ensure it is current with
actual practices. From a compliance stand-point, the individual
will monitor, test and verify that processes are happening as
documented.
Involved in
developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect
immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
Implements
strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and
evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Trains management and
staff to plan, scope, and execute financial process within
established controls. Develops formal reporting system to
communicate results of activities to management.
Establishes and
assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and
performance requirements.
Hands-on
experience in SAP FICO environment. Primarily working at SAP End
User.

Qualification:
- CA / ICWA or M.B.A (Finance) or M.Com. with 65% marks and
above.
Experience: - 4-7 years of experience in strategy and
finance. 3 years of consulting experience.
Skill-Set: -
Good oral &
written communication skills.
Strong analytical
skills.
Should have
exposure to working with international clients.
Business plan
development experience.
Knowledge and
practical application of financial and process-mapping
techniques.
High-energy
self-starter qualities with strong written and verbal
communication skills.
Ability to manage
implementation of recommendations and track progress against
identified objectives.
Experience in
working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural
business environment.
Excellent
presentation skills.
Excellent
computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel
- estimated at 25%.
Minimum age could
be 21 years.
