As a PL (Project
Leader), the candidate will be expected to independently assume
complete ownership of project planning, execution and client
delivery, and will be accountable for project quality, time, and
cost of delivery.
The candidate
would be required to work on projects with our client as
consulting partners in strategy projects. They would be required
to lead a team of 3-4 Associate Consultants and Analysts.
You would be
expected to lead the team�s thought-process and provide guidance
in areas of research, quantitative analysis, ensure adherence to
timelines and conceptualize strategic solutions.
As a PL becomes
more skilled, he/she would be expected to manage multiple
projects. He/she will be expected to participate in Business
Development and Organization Building initiatives.
The candidate
would be required to work across verticals and across
geographies.
The position
would be based out of Mumbai.
