Support the fiscal year initiative planning and budgeting process for the offering group. Develop and/or manage the creation and commercialization of new knowledge capital, including methodologies, tools, points of view, white papers, case studies. Manage and execute plan for assigned Organization Effectiveness content area(s) to create, capture, and package corresponding knowledge capital, strategic assets. Plan, manage, and synthesize external research. Oversee the design, creation, and maintenance of home pages around assigned content area(s).   Function: HR / Consulting   Company Profile: A Leading Consulting Firm   Location: Gurgaon   Candidate Profile: Would require extensive travel. 4 years of relevant experience in Organisational Development, Effectiveness. Full-Time MBA from a premier institute. Deep Organization Effectiveness content expertise in at least two of the following: Culture, Leadership Effectiveness, Organization Architecture & Design, Journey Management and Human Capital Startegy.
